Description
Wooden chips are stacked in a seasoning chamber. The chips are heat treated where the temperature and humidity is maintained to decrease the moisture content by 5‑6%. After the even application of the heat press, they are stacked up for the next step of the manufacturing process.
This process helps in preventing decay and increases the strength and durability of the wooden chips.

Size, shape and uniformity of wooden chips are extremely important. In this step, we segregate the wooden chips in different grades in order of quality and make the edges uniform.

The next step is assembling the components. We prepare the seasoned chips for assembling and lay them within a frame. This step helps us create a base for our block boards and flush doors.

The seasoned chips are glued thoroughly. They are assembled and layered with care and practice precision before moving on to the next stage.

The seasoned chips layered with veneers are hot pressed at a temperature of 140 ‑ 145 degree Celsius.

At this stage, each product is precisely cut into the required dimensions.

Once the products have been precisely cut, they are sanded down to the final finish and calibrated to pin point precision. It is then treated chemically to prevent any kind of decay.
